We’re looking for a Site and Partnerships Manager to drive the success of our care farm – growing income, building partnerships and creating meaningful opportunities for people with learning disabilities and autistic people.


About the role

You’ll lead the safe, compliant and high-performing operation of the site, overseeing farm, café, retail and education activities.

This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll balance commercial growth with social impact – increasing income, strengthening partnerships and delivering excellent experiences for everyone who visits or works on site.


What you’ll be doing

  • Lead day-to-day operations, ensuring safety, compliance and high-quality experiences
  • Grow income across all revenue streams and identify new opportunities
  • Build strong partnerships that generate funding, programmes and community impact
  • Increase visitor numbers, engagement and commercial performance
  • Deliver positive outcomes in education, employment and wellbeing
  • Lead, develop and inspire a high-performing team
  • Manage budgets and drive continuous improvement

About you

You will be:

  • An experienced operational leader with strong commercial awareness
  • Skilled at building partnerships and influencing stakeholders
  • Passionate about inclusion, community and social impact
  • Proactive, organised and confident managing a busy, multi-use site
