We’re looking for a Team Leader to provide confident, visible leadership and support a team delivering high‑quality, person‑centred support in South Gloucestershire.
You’ll work closely with the Locality Manager, leading and supporting a team of Support Workers, maintaining standards, driving quality and ensuring consistent practice. You’ll bring a calm, resilient approach and be confident supporting your team through challenges.
Alongside providing hands‑on support when needed, you’ll coordinate daily support, supervise colleagues and help develop skills within the team, ensuring resources are used effectively.

You will have:
- Experience in a supervisory or leadership role within social care
- Strong leadership, communication and decision‑making skills
- Resilience and the ability to manage competing priorities
- A relevant social care qualification (or willingness to work towards one)
- A full UK driving licence is preferable
Your responsibilities will include:
- Leading and supporting the people we support to live the lives they choose
- Providing day‑to‑day leadership and supervision to Support Workers
- Supporting the Locality Manager with coaching and mentoring
- Coordinating high‑quality, responsive support
- Ensuring safeguarding, quality and regulatory standards are met
