Staff Nurse – Backwell
Driver required
Location: Backwell, Bristol
Salary: £32,647 – £39,092 per year
Shifts: Flexible shifts including early starts and waking nights
About the role
We’re looking for a Staff Nurse to join our homes in Backwell.
The people who live here have higher and more complex needs, so this role includes close involvement in everyday support as well as health and nursing care. Some experience working in care is helpful.
People are supported across different homes, so you’ll need a full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle.
What you’ll be doing
- Providing nursing support that fits around people’s everyday lives
- Running shifts and supporting colleagues
- Supporting health needs, medication and hands‑on care
- Working alongside families and health professionals
- Helping people stay well and do the things that matter to them
Shifts and working patterns
- Flexible shifts across a 24/7 service
- Some early starts from 7am
- Waking night shifts in some homes
Who we’re looking for
- NMC registered nurse (RNLD, RMN or RGN)
- Calm, confident and supportive in your approach
- Experience in learning disability or complex support (helpful, not essential)
- Able to drive and use your own car for work
